Terms of Use

Effective 24 September 2026

These terms govern use of ZensusRadar.de, a research and knowledge platform operated by ZensusRadar. By using the site or submitting a study, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

ZensusRadar publishes studies and, where results are ready, grouped findings about experiences, knowledge and opinions in Germany. The site is a research service, not official government statistics.

2. Eligibility

Unless a study says otherwise, you must be at least 18 years old and taking part in relation to Germany. You must provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

3. Voluntary participation

You do not have to take part. You may stop before sending. Once sent, your answers are used as described in the Privacy Policy. ZensusRadar publishes group research. We do not recover money or handle claims.

4. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the site, send fake or automated answers, try to see other people's information, or use the site to break the law. We may ignore or remove abusive submissions.

5. Insights and content

Published findings are research results calculated from people who took part. They are not a forecast, not investment advice, and not a substitute for professional advice. ZensusRadar owns the platform, design and grouped publications. Your individual answers are not published as a profile.

6. Research accounts

Creating an account is optional. If you create one, keep your sign-in details private and use them only for your own submissions. You can ask us to delete your account and related records by writing to [email protected].

7. Liability

The site is provided with reasonable care. To the extent permitted by German law, ZensusRadar is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of published research. Mandatory liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, and the German Product Liability Act remains unaffected.

8. Changes

We may update studies, these terms, or the Privacy Policy. The effective date above shows the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain available where they apply.
